BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and roll out with us as we indulge in a morning complete with a Meditation hour and Yoga session with Corinthian (Author, Artist, Yoga Instructor, Creator of "The Book of Corinthian" and Corinthian's Lighthouse) a Parfait bar + light bites, Herbal & Energy Teas and Networking opportunities with other creatives as we relax and vibe to Neo Soul music. Let go and release with curated  poses, breaths, meditations & exercises.
